Log in to Qlik Sense Business and create or open an application (get Qlik Sense)
Browse to the data load Editor
From the menu on the right, click create New connection

Enter the connection details and user name / password for the database
Server: carlh.database.windows.net
Database: carlh2
User name: Azure
