Fatal NI connect error 12170.

Solution:

[oracle@ogg3 ~] $cd / u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/

[oracle@ogg3 admin] $vim listener.ora

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENERNAME = 0

[oracle@ogg3 admin] $vim sqlnet.ora

DIAG_ADR_ENABLED=OFF

SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 0

[oracle@ogg3 admin] $lsnrctl

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0-Production on 28-JUN-2017 18:03:55
