Oracle instr () function replaces like to realize fuzzy query
You need to query whether the value in the Message field in One Table is included in the Message field in Two Table:
Select a.Messagerec b.Message from One a, Tow b where instr (a.Messagerep b.Message) > 0; (b.Message is included in a.Message)
Instr (title,'Oracle') > 0 is equivalent to like
Instr (title,'Oracle') = 0 equals not like
