What should be paid attention to about the "bid validity period" in bidding activities?

The bidding documents shall specify an appropriate period of validity of the bid to ensure that the tenderer has sufficient time to complete the bid evaluation and sign a contract with the winning bidder. If special circumstances arise before the end of the validity period of the original bid, the tenderer may request all bidders in writing to extend the period of validity of the bid.
