Zabbix3.x email alarm simple notes!
1. Purpose
The Zabbix monitoring server and client have been deployed, the monitored host has been added, and Zabiix monitoring is running normally.
An email alarm is set on the Zabbix server. When the monitored host goes down or reaches the trigger preset value, it will automatically send an alarm email to the specified mailbox. (of course, other alarm methods can also be used, but they need to be configured.)
2. Email alarm
1. The Zabbix server simply sends the alarm email to the specified mailbox. The mailbox account that sends the alarm email is the local mailbox account of the Zabbix server. It can only be sent and cannot receive external mail.
2. Use a mailbox account that can send and receive email normally on the Internet). By setting it in the Zabbix server, it can send alarm mail to the specified mailbox.
# yum install mail postfix-y
# echo "zabbix test! mail" | mail-s "zabbix" xxx@xxx.com
(test whether the acceptance is normal. If the domain name is not certified, look for it in the dustbin, and then indicate that it is not a junk mailbox.)
3. Server configuration
Set the Zabbix user alarm email address
Set the action of Zabbix to trigger the alarm
4. Simulated touch and alarm
