Add new framework
To add a new frame to a frame page, split a frame into two frames, just like splitting cells in a table. It operates as follows:
(1) Hold down Ctrl key, put mouse on frame border, when mouse changes to up and down arrow, can drag border to a new position, when release mouse button, a new blank content frame is formed.
(2) You can also operate by command: first click inside the frame to be split, select the Split Frame command in the Frame menu, click the Split Frame into Columns or Split into Rows radio button in the pop-up Split Frame dialog box, and click OK.

If the frame page looks too cluttered, remove some frames. To delete a frame, click the frame to select it, and then choose Delete Frame from the Frames menu.
Change frame properties

(1) Click the frame to set attributes, select "Frame Attributes" in the "Frame" menu, and the "Frame Attributes" live box will pop up.
(2) In the dialog box "Name" text box, you can enter the frame name, so as to facilitate identification of different frames; in the "Options" area, if you select the "Size adjustable in the browser" check box, then the customer can redefine the frame size when browsing the site. By selecting different description items in the "Show scroll bar" drop-down list box, you can set whether the scroll bar appears.
(3) In the "Frame Size" area, you can set the frame size. You can define an absolute pixel value or a percentage relative to the browser window. If you want to use the browser to set the size relative to the frame in this page, you can choose "Relative"; in the "Margin" area, you can set the pixel value separating the content page from the frame border.
(4) To change the start page, enter a new page name or URL in the Initial Page text box.
(5) Click the "Frame Web Page" button to pop up the "Web Page Properties" dialog box.
(6) On the Frames tab of the dialog box, enter the border width in pixels in the Frame Spacing text box; to make the frame border disappear, uncheck the Show Border check box.
(7) Click OK to close the Web Page Properties dialog box, and then click OK to close the Frame Attributes dialog box to complete the Frame Properties setting.
