Open notebook wifi using the command prompt / cmd
1. Netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode = allow # enable network bearer mode
2. Netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid = xxxxxx # change the SSID of the host network
3. Netsh wlan set hostednetwork key = xxxxxx # change the password of the hosting network
4. Open the network connection, change the local connection properties, share, tick before "allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection (N)", in the home network connection (H): select wireless network connection 2
5. Netsh wlan start hostednetwork # enable the shared network
6. Netsh wlan stop hostednetwork # shuts down the shared network
