A strange diagnostic process of ora-4030 error

According to the customer's description, he is trying to upgrade a database of Oracle 10.2.0.5.6 to Oracle 12.1.0.2 on Solaris 10 Sparc

Performing a data dictionary upgrade ($ORACLE_HOME/perl/bin/perl catctl.pl-n 6-l $ORACLE_HOME/diagnostics catupgrd.sql)

Ora-4030 is reported, and he tries to execute the upgrade script repeatedly, always reporting ora-4030 around step 70.
