0x01: oriented to value and risk

What is value? Value is the Everything that meets the needs of customers or can solve problems for customers.

What is risk? Risk is a problem that may arise in the development process, which will have an impact on product scope, quality and schedule.

What is value and risk driven? Value and risk drive is a comprehensive analysis of the value and risk of product demand in the process of product research and development to determine the priority of research and development. Generally speaking, the higher the value, the higher the priority, taking into account both high-risk and low-risk requirements, while developing at the same time; high-value, low-risk allows customers to see the output as soon as possible, while enhancing the pride of the R & D team; the module with high value and high risk is to expose the risk as soon as possible, so as to deal with the problems as soon as possible, and avoid affecting the whole because of the unsolvable problems in the middle and later stage.

0x02: iteration

The product R & D cycle is divided into N iterations, each iteration develops a part of the scope, and each iteration delivers part of the available software to ensure that each iteration is within a controllable range. In other words, through iterations to "decompose value" and risk.

At the same time, through iterative review and summary, the R & D process is improved.
