The main functions of the online shopping platform are as follows:

(1) create an order: the customer (Customer) creates an order online (Order). The main operations include adding items to the order and ordering.

Items deleted in the order, the goods ordered (Product) and their quantity (quantities) should be listed in the order.

(2) submit order: the order is submitted through the network. When submitting the order, the customer needs to provide his or her name (Name), receiving address (Address) and method of payment (Form of Payment) (prepaid card-credit card-cash). In order to make a delivery plan and arrange delivery vehicles, the system must determine the order quantity (Volume). In addition, the name (Name), cost (Cost Price), selling price (Sale Price) and packing volume (Cubic Volume) of each item must be recorded.

(3) processing orders: order processors receive orders from the system, arrange distribution and make delivery plans according to the contents of the orders. The delivery plan should not only specify the delivery date (Delivery Date), but also record the time-limited delivery requirements (Delivery Time Window) for each order.

(4) order dispatch: the order processor will transfer the order that has been allocated to the dispatcher.

(5) delivery / receipt: the courier delivers the goods to the receiving address designated by the customer. When the customer receives the goods, the customer needs to sign on the Delivery Slip, and the signed waybill should be returned to the order processor as soon as possible.

(6) confirmation of receipt: when the order processor receives the signed waybill, it will reconfirm with the customer.
