Following the Network Security Law, another legal provision of network security will be formally implemented.

In recent years, the state has gradually paid more and more attention to network security, and the laws and regulations on network security have become more and more perfect. On June 1 last year, China formally implemented the Network Security Law of the people's Republic of China, more than a year later. On September 5 this year, the "provisions on the Supervision and Inspection of Internet Security of Public Security organs" was adopted and promulgated at the official meeting of the Minister of Public Security, and will be formally implemented tomorrow (November 1).

In other words, while abiding by the Network Security Law, network users should also abide by the relevant provisions of the Internet Security Supervision and Inspection provisions of Public Security organs. The provision is divided into five chapters: general principles, objects and contents of supervision and inspection, supervision and inspection procedures, legal liability and supplementary provisions, with a total of 29 provisions.
