Stop the JIRA service

JIRA basic Chinese plug-in:

Download the plug-in file jira-lang-zh_CN-4.4.jar

Change the file name to the jira-lang-zh_CN-JIRA version number .jar.

If you are using JIRA4.4.1, change the file name to

Jira-lang-zh_CN-4.4.1.jar

Copy the plug-in to WEB-INF/lib under the JIRA installation path

JIRA system plug-in Chinese file:

Download and extract atlassian-bundled-plugins_4.4.zip

Open WEB-INF/classes/atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip with winRAR

Add the Chinese files in the attachment to the folder in the .jar package corresponding to WEB-INF/classes/atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip.

For example: add the streams-jira-plugin-4.1.2/com/atlassian/streams/jira/i18n_zh_CN.properties in the compressed file to the com/atlassian/streams/jira folder in streams-jira-plugins-4.1.2.jar in WEB/INF/classes/atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip.

Save and exit winRAR

Restart the JIRA service
