1 start the httpd service

# service httpd restart

2 test the web page with another machine

Http://172.16.40.180

3 apache configuration file, server listens to port 80, document root: / var/www/html

/ etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

Key parameters:

DocumentRoot "/ var/www/html"

ServerName 172.16.40.180:80

Check the configuration file: # apachectl configtest

# httpd-t

4 copy another file as the test page:

# cp / usr/share/doc/HTML/zh-CN/index.html / var/www/html/
