Today, when I came across the book "Agile in a Flash", I had the impulse to read it at first glance. But a good book needs to be tasted slowly, and occasionally you will have different feelings when you turn it over. After reading some of it, I have the idea of translating it. On the one hand, I can slow down and study it carefully, on the other hand, I can share it with more people.

We found the following values:

That is, although the item on the right is also valuable, we pay more attention to the item on the left.

Agile software development teams collaborate and adapt to each other to deliver high-quality software with minimal courtesy and overhead.

You may need "something on the right" to succeed in Agile, but it is more effective to communicate directly around paper kung fu. Instead of asking customers to tell you what they want and answer your questions at any time, turning the requirements into written format is a waste.

Similarly, working software is important. Documents? It's not that important. Capture product specifications and corresponding tests through agile means such as TDD (card 44, rhythm of success: TDD cycle), metaphors (common understanding of the system), and acceptance tests (see card 21, acceptable acceptance tests).

You can reduce the importance of the contract through continuous negotiation. This requires greater transparency and trust through the openness and deep collaboration advocated by Agile.

The plan is valuable, but relatively speaking, your customers and markets will pay more attention to your ability to provide software that meets changing needs.
