Solution:

1. Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Services>SERVER Startup

2. Administrative Tools> Computer Management> System Tools> Shared Folders> Shares> New Share> Add Specified Directory

3. My Computer> Properties> Advanced System Settings> Environment Variables> Find TEMP directory Add read and write permissions, or replace a new directory with read and write permissions
