PCIe Optical Fiber accelerated Computing Card based on 4 groups of DDR KU115

I. Overview of boards

The PCIe accelerator board uses Xilinx FPGA-XCKU115 for programmable data center application acceleration, supporting two SFP+ fiber interfaces and two QSFP+ fiber interfaces. The data transmission rate of the QSFP+ interface can reach 40Gbps. PCIe supports Gen3 x8 72bit 16 DDR4 interface, 3 72bit and 1 64bit rate for 2400MT/s. The board is equipped with a programmable configuration FLASH;PCIe accelerator card for video processing, machine learning, high-performance computing, network acceleration and other applications.

The front panel leads to 2-way SFP+ optical module and 2-way QSFP+ optical module, high design speed 40Gbps.
