Overview of automated testing

"Automated testing" as its name suggests, automated testing can perform a variety of tests, common examples are: functional (black box) automated testing, functional (white box) automated testing, performance testing, stress testing, GUI testing, security testing, all of which can be replaced by test automation techniques. How to automate it, we do it through some script code, that is, test programs with programs, replace thinking with code, and use scripts to run manual tests.

The key factor affecting automated testing is the process, which, like the process of software development, needs to go through a series of processes such as various types of analysis, framework and test case design, script development, test execution, submission of reports, script maintenance, version control, etc.
