Open the Linux version of Sogou Input's official website http://pinyin.sogou.com/linux/?r=pinyin, and download the version you need. Choose the 64-bit version here.

Under Ubuntu14.01, you can directly click the downloaded file to go to the software center to install (the picture here is already installed, and follow the prompts of Ubuntu if not installed).

The next step is to type im-config in the terminal, and a dialog box appears, click OK, there is a dialog box, click Yes, and you will see the following dialog box.
