II. Instructions for use

1. This software is based on JAVA. To run this software, you need to install JRE1.7 or above version of JAVA running environment.

2. This software can only be used with the authorization of the author. How to obtain authorization:

1. When you run the software, the software will prompt for authorization. Please copy the string in the authorization text box and send it to the author's mailbox to get the license file.

2. Replace the obtained license file with the mylicense.lic file in the software directory to complete the authorization.

3. To run the software for the first time, please first execute "Index Management"-> "create Index", select the paper storage directory (note that it is the directory, not the paper file), and click the "start" button to create the index. Otherwise, the software has no original index content, which leads to operations such as query and storage.

Note: "create Index" function description: the software will empty all databases, re-establish the database structure, and rewrite data. Therefore, this feature can only be used when the software is running for the first time, and used with caution at other times. If the database file is destroyed by virus, copy and other reasons, you can use the original paper file to restore the database structure and restore the data.

4. Reminder: please do not delete the papers added to the database through the software, but set up a separate folder for storage. In case the software database file is corrupted, perform "create index" to recover the data.
