3. Net Framework (.net framework):

In fact, .net Framework is also mainly convenient for developers, it contains many features and a variety of technologies, it is estimated that it can be introduced to write a book. Anyway, it's the same as above, for example, VC programs need VC runtime, VB programs need VB runtime, and java programs need Java Runtime. Programs developed with .net need to be run under the .NET Framework.
