Prohibit all nodes from automatically starting and stopping VIP

# / u01/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl disable vip-I node1-vip [enable/disable]

# / u01/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl stop vip-I node1-vip [start/stop]

# / u01/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl stop vip-I node1-vip-f

[root] srvctl disable vip-I grdi1-vip

[root] srvctl disable vip-I grid2-vip

[grid] $srvctl stop vip-n grid1

[grid] $srvctl stop vip-n grid2

I disable and stop both sides of vip, and the current vip status

Sqlplus scott/tiger@10.6.69.23/prod/1521 23 is my node1-vip. I logged in like this. If I inquire about the status of hang again, crtl+c can't stop.
