1. Use ctrl+end in the cells with content in the table to see which one is the last single unspecified cell.

two。 Check and find that the last column is XFD, which is estimated to be thousands of columns.

3. For those empty columns that have no content, select the first column, CTRL+shift+ right arrow key

4. Right-click, delete

5. Save

6. At the same time, it is found that all the cells in the first row have frame lines, remove the frame lines in the first row, and finally only have the size of 6.76MB.
