OGC uses 3D Tiles as the community standard
3D Tiles has been adopted as a community standard for Open Geospatial Alliance (OGC) sharing, visualization, fusion and interaction with a large number of heterogeneous 3D content.
There are also hypergraph S3M and ESRI I3S standards.
