Usually libvirt-related bug reports are found in redhat's bugzilla: http://bugzilla.redhat.com/

However, few people follow bugzilla normally. Officials suggest that after submitting the bug, send the bug to the mailing list: http://libvirt.org/contact.html

In this way, the exposure of the problem can be improved and the problem can be solved more quickly.
