Radware Linkproof version upgrade

1. Description

This lab upgrade is to upgrade the lp-ods-6.12.02DL-39 version to lp-ods-6-13-00 version.

Pre-upgrade version:

two。 First, download the upgrade package on the official website.

The downloaded version file is: lp-ods-6-13-00.tar

Note: an account is required to download.

3. Get upgrade password

Pw2 software is required to obtain the password. Please obtain this software first.

After downloading, extract it, find the cod1 file, and copy the file size.

CMD opens PW2, and then use pw2 + Device_MAC + cod1_size as follows

The upgrade password obtained is shown above.

4. Version upgrade

Open the web management interface, software--software update

Then click set to upgrade

The above is the upload process. If the network speed is fast enough, it is instantaneous, and the following interface appears to prove that the upload is successful.

After the upload is complete, the device automatically restarts and switches to the new version. The startup process is slow, please wait patiently, do not do anything else.

Note: if there is a problem with the new image during installation, the device will start the old image and will not start with the new image. Make sure the equipment is in order.

The version was upgraded successfully.

The downgrade of the version is the same, except that the version uploaded at the end of the .tar is a lower version.

Note: upgrade is risky, please negotiate with the customer before upgrading, the system may be upgraded, resulting in the need to reinstall the system (U disk installed system). So be fully prepared before upgrading.
