Here is a solution: based on the Ftrans platform, employees can easily complete the security approval in the process of sending internal documents to the outside.

1. Platform configuration. Enter the workspace that requires external audit, and in application management, open the FReview "audit" application, create an audit process, and set the conditions required to trigger the audit process.

2. The sender sends the package. In the FMail application, click the "write email" button, fill in the recipient, the subject of the email, the content of the email, and upload the attachment, then click the "send" button to send the package. The package enters the "under review" state.

3. The auditor shall conduct the audit. Auditors enter the FReview audit application of the workspace, in the "I participate in the audit" list, click the items to be audited, you can view the package information, you can also download the file, view the attachment content. In the audit dynamics on the right, select "pass" or "reject" as the audit result, fill in the audit opinion, and click the "submit" button. If the audit result is selected as "passed", the audit status changes to "passed" after submission.

4. The recipient receives the package. After the audit is approved, the package is automatically sent to the recipient's inbox and an EMail notification is sent to the recipient. The recipient opens the notification message in the mailbox and can see the sender and package information. The recipient logs on to the platform and can view the full contents of the package in the inbox. At the same time, you can check the desired file in the attachment list and click the "download" button to download the file locally.

5. The sender checks the reception progress. The sender is in the outbox. Click to enter the package details. In the dynamic bar on the right, you can see when the recipient viewed the package and also see the recipient's download record, including information such as when the package was downloaded and which files were downloaded.
