ORA-00600: internal error code. Parameters: [qosdDirRead: dircnt mismatch], [809], [808]

Problem description:

In the morning, a set of RAC instances frequently alarms ORA-00600: internal error code. Parameters: [qosdDirRead: dircnt mismatch], [809], [808]. After MOS query, we only found that bug exists in 12.1, but it has been fixed in 12.2.

Version of the database: 12.2.0.1

Server OS version: redhat 7.3
