Click on the mac desktop to connect to the server in

Enter the address in the example in the server address

Click the connection and enter the user name and password in the pop-up window

Click the link and mount it successfully.

As for speed,

If your local hard disk write speed is 100m, the network speed is 1G bandwidth, and the server's hard disk write speed is 200m, then your mounted network hard drive will be easier to use than your local hard drive.
