Talking about the future with friends of the same trade, they all show more or less anxiety about the future and feel confused about the future. The author also does not have sense of security, in fact, the future career planning of quality personnel has not been done well.

The author believes that as long as efforts to improve themselves, ability, ability, the future is still bright.

The greater the impact brought by the development of new technology in the future, there may be no need for specialized quality workers in the future. therefore, quality personnel need to update their knowledge system in time and think about what they can do around customer value and find their own position.

More recently, there are still many options for the development of quality personnel at present.

1. Be a quality expert. I think there is still a need for quality experts in the future. in fact, in recent years, more and more companies have this demand.

2. Be a quality manager and quality director. In addition to professional ability, it also requires management ability and a higher vision and pattern.

3, do training consultation. Many trainers and consultants are born of quality.

4, transfer to another post. The knowledge system requirements of quality personnel are relatively close to many positions, and those who have the ability to transfer to project management and product management can.

5. Start a business. There are still many quality personnel who go out to start a business, and quality knowledge and skills are still of great help to them.
