Two versions of OS were tested:
15.0 M3 test failed, same configuration, filtering failed. Could be an OS problem.
12.4 the test succeeded!
Lock the network number
IP address: the same bit, what is written, different bit write 0
Subnet mask: same bit write 0, different bit write 1
172.16.0.0 0.0.3.0

Mask part, why 11 is not four masks, but three, because the mask itself is filled from left to right, there is no 01 mask
