There are all versions here. After clicking on a version directory, you can see the details. Those with the suffix win32 are under windows, and those with the suffix mac64 are under mac.

2. Why am I equipped with chromedriver but chrome can't start?

Because your chromedriver and chrome versions are not the same. The solution is divided into three steps:

Check your chrome version and don't ask me what I think. For example, mine is 60

Visit the chromedriver official website, the higher the general version, the higher the corresponding chrome version. After searching for chrome 60, it corresponds to chromedriver 2.33.
