YUV422:Y samples every pixel, and the value of UMague V of the first pixel is the value of the U0MagneVO sampled at the 0th pixel, and the value of the UMague V of the third pixel is the value of the U1Mague V1 sampled at the second element.

YUV420: for each 2x2 pixel block, for each pixel Y sampling, U and V are sampled only once in the whole 2 / 2 block.
