Salary / day for overtime work = monthly salary / days x times of overtime
Examples are as follows:
Monthly salary: 2000
The state stipulates that the number of days per month is 21.75 (days)
The multiple of overtime is: 300% (200% as stipulated by the state, and 300% of the overtime fee for the Mid-Autumn Festival National Day in 2010)
2000 (yuan) / 21.75 (days) × 300% × 1 (days) = 275.86 (yuan)
2000 (yuan) / 21.75 (days) × 200% × 1 (days) = 183.9 (yuan)
