Agile in a Flash: the pillar of software technology
Today, when I came across the book "Agile in a Flash", I had the impulse to read it at first glance. But a good book needs to be tasted slowly, and occasionally you will have different feelings when you turn it over. After reading some of it, I have the idea of translating it. On the one hand, I can slow down and study it carefully, on the other hand, I can share it with more people.
Focus on learning and practice sharing
Several concise codes of ethics for practitioners have been published through Craftsmanship Google Group,Jason Gorman, simplified and quoted as follows:
Pay attention to the quality of the work we do. It must be as good as we can do.
I can learn from our mistakes, books, blogs, webinars, etc. If we have good examples, we can learn better, so it is important to be well influenced.
Practice we learn through practice, so we should keep practicing. We internalize knowledge and build our "software development muscles" and the reflexes and muscle memory we need to become effective programmers. Just as you can't learn to ride a horse by reading manuals, you can't master skills such as refactoring by reading books. It requires practice-good, focused, measurable practice.
Share what we've learned. We make good examples that others can learn from. We are both teachers and apprentices, teachers and students, mentors and mentors, coaches and educatees.
