The method of enabling SNMP for Network Devices
The company has installed monitoring software, which needs to be monitored by SNMP protocol.
Post the (Cisco) device commands of firewalls, switches, and routers for reference:
Firewall:
The settings on the firewall ASA5520 are as follows:
TEST-ASA# show running-config | include snmp
Snmp-server host inside 192.168.34.158 community * (write key)
Snmp-server community * (write the key)
TEST-ASA#

Switch:
TEST-2960#show running-config | include snmp
Snmp-server community 1234 (write key)
Router:
TEST-Local#show running-config | include snmp
Snmp-server community 1234 (write key)
