Troubleshooting example of H248 protocol & unable to call due to incorrect ID setting of mdash;RTP terminal
Cause: RTP terminal ID setting is inconsistent with platform, resulting in call failure
Failure phenomenon: registration success, dial the phone to hear busy tone prompt
Device packet prompt information:
1. The platform sends a message to apply for media resources from the device.
2. The device responds with its own media resources to physical resources: A1. Temporary resources: RTP0001.
3. The platform sends a message requesting the device to play busytone to the user.
4. Device response
Cause analysis: The physical terminal ID is inconsistent with the terminal ID set by the platform.
Processing measures: Negotiate platform to confirm terminal ID configuration
