OEM and common fault handling
1. OEM: Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle graphical management tool, port number 1158, accessed by https://address:1158/em
The database is installed by default and can be rebuilt using emca
There are two versions: database control for monitoring a single database
grid control for managing large complex environments with multiple databases
3. Start and close oem and view status: emctl start| stop| status dbconsole
4. oem interface consists of home directory, performance, availability, server, solution, data movement, software and support
