In PyCharm, select uncommented multilines of code, you can use the CTRL+/ key to achieve multilines of comments; select commented multilines of code, you can use the CTRL+/ key to uncomment in these lines of code.

Remove pass from the previous a.py and add the following code:

Lst = ['hello',' world','!'] Hello_string = '.join (lst) print (lst)

Select these three lines of code to use the CTRL+/ key to achieve multiline comments, and press the CTRL+/ key again to uncomment. As shown below:
