Typical applications are as follows (the following GRM modules must be G-series modules, and you need to insert a mobile phone card that enables GPRS):

Case 1: transmit the remote sensor and switch signal directly to PLC.

Case 2: multiple PLC exchanges data with each other.

In addition to the example above, the remote data exchange between PLC and PLC, configuration software and PLC, touch screen and sensor can also be realized.

How to complete remote monitoring:

1. Use GRM200 engineering configuration software GRMDev3 to complete the engineering development and download of GRM200G. Please refer to the previous section for ways to connect devices through the communication port and the local IO.

2. After the GRM200G development and download is completed, insert the SIM card and log in to the cloud monitor server. Wait for the digital tube to display "one".

3. If you apply for the data exchange function from giant control technology, you will get a user name and password

4. Use a mobile web browser or a computer web browser to open the URL of Giant Control Cloud Monitor and enter your user name and password.

5. Click "add / remove / Edit device" to add the serial number of the module that needs to exchange data to the user below.

6. Click "Server data Exchange Management" and enter the variable information to be exchanged.

7. After the configuration is completed and the modification is submitted, the module can exchange data directly.

As shown in the figure above, the two modules can transfer data to each other: every three seconds, if the switch changes, the variable with module serial number 438 named "pump No. 1 operation feedback" will be assigned to the variable with module sequence number 447 named "remote operation feedback"! Every three seconds, if the analog change threshold exceeds 0.8, the variable named "liquid level # 0.8" with module serial number 447 will be assigned to the variable with module serial number 438 named "remote liquid level"!
