Step 2: when saving as operation, add a .bat after the name, then select "all files" as the file type below, and then click "Save".

Step 3: next, you can see a .bat command run file on the desktop. Click Open run, and you can add a new group policy function for Win10 Home Edition.

Step 4: finally, to verify, first use Win+R to open the run dialog box, then enter the Open Group Policy command gpedit.msc and then click OK to successfully open Group Policy, as shown in the following figure.
