Webtours installation

Unpack the downloaded zip package above, then install Strawberry Perl, double-click to install it. Special note: generally, this step does not need to be done, because lr is already installed when you install it, so you can go straight to the next step.

Put the webtours folder in any directory, then enter the folder, find StartServer.bat and double-click to start (be careful not to close this window during access)
