Installation

Numpy pandas matplotlib seaborn scipy

Install some dependencies of these packages first, otherwise you can't install them with pip.

Yum-y install blas blas-devel lapack-devel lapackyum-y install seaborn scipyyum-y install freetype freetype-devel libpng libpng-devel

Then using Douban's pypi source is much faster than the official one.

Pip install matplotlib-I http://pypi.douban.com/simple-- trusted-host pypi.douban.compip install numpy-I http://pypi.douban.com/simple-- trusted-host pypi.douban.compip install pandas-I http://pypi.douban.com/simple-- trusted-host pypi.douban.compip install seaborn scipy
