Wireshark grabs the package to set the network card to hybrid mode.
When wireshark grabs packets, it automatically sets the Nic to promiscuous mode. If the Nic is not set to promiscuous mode, it will be discarded even if the packet is received.
Be sure to check to set the network card to hybrid mode
