Turn off annoying light bulb tips

Let's start with what this light bulb prompt is and what does it do?

When we have syntax errors in the code, or code writing does not conform to the pep8 code specification, the mouse selects the problematic code, it will automatically pop up a small light bulb, this light bulb is divided into colors, if it is a red light bulb, it is generally a syntax problem, if not handled will affect the code operation. And if it is a yellow light bulb, it is just a hint that your code is not standardized, etc., and will not affect the operation of the program.

Although this light bulb is a well-intentioned move, I think it is a bit redundant (probably because I am not in the habit of using it personally). If there is a grammatical error, there will be a red wavy line. You might say that the light bulb not only serves as a reminder, but it also automatically corrects the code, which I personally feel is not as efficient and accurate as manual correction.

Based on sometimes like this friend said, will block our code, will often be delayed, this is indeed a worry.

I studied it. Pycharm (2018 version) has a switch button. Uncheck this option (Show intention bulb) in the figure below to turn off this function.
