Ryu installation issu
You often encounter when installing components such as oslo.config
Not uninstalling oslo.config at / usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages, owned by OS
That kind of problem.
The reason is
/ usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages system level, the path to python is found here first, and / usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages user level cannot be used even if there is a higher version in / local when the former has a lower version of the component installed.
Preliminary solution:
Go to / usr/lib rm-rf and delete the xxxxxx-info
