Tencent announces the end of TM 2013 Preview2 for TM QQ permanent shutdown

Tencent recently issued an official announcement that the TM client is a very early version of QQ and was discontinued in 2013. In order to provide better services and avoid experience problems with older versions, TM will cease operation on September 30th, 2017, when it will not be able to log in.
