If you want to port the current Siebel to the Sun Exadata platform, it should be relatively simple, basically no risk, but of course it should be operated as a project. The most important note is that if the database version used in the current Siebel system is less than Oracle 11.2, you need to upgrade to this version, but the corresponding Siebel application may have to verify whether the Siebel application has been verified with Oracle 11.2 according to the relevant note. If it has been verified, there will be no problem with porting to Oracle Exadata.
