Digital delivery process

1. Put forward digital delivery requirements: the owner puts forward requirements for delivery project, project stipulation and delivery content.

two。 Prepare delivery regulations: according to the requirements of the owner, the EPC general contractor shall prepare all the regulations and procedures for the digital delivery project and issue them to each subcontractor.

3. Prepare deliverables: each contractor prepares deliverables in accordance with project regulations and procedural documents

4. Submission of deliverables: each contractor provides deliverables to the designated system

5. Process data processing and release: the software contractor processes the submitted data through interface tools and data processing tools and publishes it to the delivery platform engineering database.

6. Quality control and information correction: according to the delivery regulations, the EPC general contractor checks the data and compiles the quality audit report through the tools provided by the digital factory platform, feedback to each subcontractor, and the subcontractor makes corrections according to the audit opinions and submits them again until the data are qualified.

7. Result data processing and release: the data verified by the EPC general contractor shall be released to the digital delivery engineering database by the software vendor through the data processing and release tool, and this result will be used as the final delivery data.
