Installation package: postgresql-9.4.24-1-windows.exe

Step 1) install

Step 2) modify the configuration to allow network access

Edit the file C:\ Program Files\ PostgreSQL\ 9.4\ data\ pg_hba.conf

Host all all 0.0.0.0/0 md5

Allow any host to access data through md5 verification

Warning

No modified access, remote connection error: not used for host "…" , user "…" , database "..." , pg_hba.conf record closed by SSL
