Recently, I flickered frequently when using navicat premium 12 software. I thought there was something wrong with the software, uninstall and reinstall it or flash it. The Internet query was originally caused by the on-screen word extraction function of NetEase youdao Cloud Dictionary.

Youdao Cloud Dictionary sets the mouse to pick up words, so when the mouse hovers over the Navicat interface, the youdao cloud dictionary will try to translate the text content of the mouse hover, which leads to the flicker of Navicat.

Solution:

1. Turn off the screen word extraction function of Youdaoyun Dictionary.

2. Open the youdao Cloud Dictionary settings to modify the screen word extraction method (default is mouse word extraction, change to other methods)

If it's not the above problem, it's probably because there's a problem with the OCI environment that comes with the navicat you downloaded. Generally speaking, it should start with 10 and need to be modified.
